Lots of other things...
One of the those "other things" is packing for our trip to Portland, but I'll save that for later, in the between time enjoy these pics.
Alright this one is complicated, I am taking a picture of Jakaela, while she is laughing at Joseph,and Joseph is teasing Mary Ann (one of our cats) in front of the camera, he is teasing her with bead rope which is the wavy silver line above Jakaela's head. All this combined into one picture made a pretty wacky scene. =)

The chaos of Christmas decorating.
We still have to put some lights on the house but aside from that the decorating is pretty much done.
So next um... topic,
We are coming to Portland on Thursday, it should take about five to six hours so we are leaving here pretty early.
We still have a lot of packing to do though so that is what we are going to be doing tomorrow.
There was a unusual occurrence today Jakaela went into Jenessa and Julianna's room and then locked the door behind her, after about twenty minutes Jenessa tried to get into the room and couldn't, so she went outside to the window and saw Jakaela sitting on the floor eating some candy that the girls had been saving for the trip to Portland. after about 15 minuets of trying to open the door and the window (which the girls had thoughtfully locked) Dad had to use a saw and cut the handle a bit in order to get the door open.
Jakaela was fine although a little scared of the saw.
