So, Yeah

So, yeah.

These last couple days have been fun. Alright, now that that is said lets go into detail.

Wednesday: ok so Wednesday, which is today if ya didn't know, started out good with me sleeping till 7:40. Now you may be like "wow thats not that late..." well it is if Jacob's alarm goes off every morning at five thirty... Its a good thing I sleep through it every morning too, because every time it wakes me up, I can barely control my righteous wrath that it stirs up from deep within, and I do mean wrath. Actually I mean something more along the lines of furious, angry, wrathly, fury. But before it builds enough to get me up Jacob quickly turns off his alarm, and I drift back into the land of dreams.

When I next wake up its usually somewhere between 6:30-7:15, but like I said above today I woke up at 7:40 or so.
So from there I went through my normal routine. Till the next highlight.
Which was in the afternoon when Jonah finally convinced me to play settlers of catan with him, everything was going ok till Jonah plaid a card that stopped all the attacking, stealing, and destroying... So then we had to just build regular buildings... Jonah had been able to remain ahead of me till around the end of the game when I took some points from him and I was one point behind him. We were going to twelve, I had ten and he had... well I'll let you do the math, if you can't and you need me to tell you then leave a comment. So anyway, after much laughter, good music, poor dice rolling, and one scream later, (which I won't mention again, so don't ask) Jonah won with the final score being 12 to 11. Sniff* If Jonah wouldn't have..I should've..he.. if...

Moving on

The next highlight was dinner and cleaning up after, and yes you can read that last bit again and it will still say "cleaning up after".
As many of you know its Juli's birthday today so we had a big dinner, which was very good, and actually I think I am going to be sick by the end of the is week... (Jenessa's birthday is on Friday...) FOOOOD!

So after dinner Jonah and I had to clean up... it started ok, but then things just happened.

I was scrubbing dishes and Jonah was clearing the table. He went to dump out a cup of water and somehow poured most of it on my foot... I retaliated by yelling something like "why you!!!" and he made a run for it. I manged to drop the scrub-brush and grab his shirt before he got out of the kitchen. He squirmed around and sat in a chair and held on for dear life. So I started pulling both him and the chair toward the sink which had the water running. He started yelling "NO NO NO!! As I was three feet from the sink Dad walked in so I stopped pulling him and Jonah stopped yelling. I turned, picked up a measuring cup and put it under the running water, Jonah resumed yelling dad started to say something and I flung the water on Jonah.
Jonah went after a cup on the counter and I grabbed for the sprayer as Dad intervened and told us to get back to work...
So Jonah went back around the bar to clear off the rest of the table and I resumed scrubbing.

If your thinking that that is the end your wrong.

after about 15 seconds I turned to get something of the bar and Jonah threw a hot pad which caught me in the face, I went after him and he fled out the sliding door, so I promptly locked him out then mom came in and let him back in and told us to hurry up. So we got back to work and hurled the occasional threat here and there.

Next highlight...

I'll set the scene.

We have just gotten done singing happy birthday to Juli and Dad is holding the cake with 13 candles lit and ready, the rest of us are all crowding around Juli takes a deep breath...

And I blow out the candles. You should have seen their faces...

Oh wait, I forgot one funny little scene that happened a little while before dinner.

I was sitting in our big chair in the living room talking to mom while Joseph, wearing a red baseball cap, and Jakaela were playing something with a toy stroller. All of a sudden Joseph takes off as fast as he can pushing the stroller that contains Jakaela, who is too big for the stroller even though she is small and is holding on for dear life, straight toward a wall... Just as they were about two feet from the wall Mom yells STOP!! and they screech to a halt inches from the wall. I burst out laughing and they both looked back as if to say "why did you stop us Mom?" and Mom says you guys were gonna run into the wall. I just laughed and laughed...

Well that didn't give the scene justice, I guess you just had to be there. I'm still laughing now that I'm thinking about it.

So yeah

Well I need to speed things up so lets go to Tuesday evening. The setting is a play and I'm there as the backstage/curtain guy.

Hmn My fingers are tired and my eyes are teary (from laughing) so I will make this short by touching on a few incidents.

In that whole play I made surprisingly few mistakes.
All I did manage to do was hit some girl with a spear, pull the curtain the wrong way, I barely contained my laughter on one scene... only got yelled at once, although it was more like hissed at because if the person would have yelled the audience could have heard it. Oh and it was just because I didn't see the signal for me to close the curtain and thats only because I was somewhere else... So yeah, actually I think there were a few more things but I just can't remember them or am pretending that I can't.

All-in-all, the whole play thing was a lot of fun and I had fun doing it.

So, Yeah.
